DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Delivery is available to any of the 48 continental United States. Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders require special arrangements. Contact Murray, Beal, or Goff's for details.
Local Delivery
Product orders more than $399, that are to be delivered within a 30 mile radius of any of the Murray, Beal, or Goff showroom/warehouse locations, qualify for no charge drop off delivery.
Product orders less than $399, that are to be delivered within a 30 mile radius of any of the Murray, Beal, or Goff showroom/warehouse locations, will be assessed a $49 charge for drop off delivery.
This service includes crated delivery to a ground level location that is easily accessible to delivery personnel.
Shipping
Product orders that do not qualify for local delivery will be assessed a delivery fee determined by the delivery address. Once an order is confirmed, freight charges will be calculated and added to the order.
Large product such as, but not limited to, major appliances and large televisions will be sent by a third party freight carrier. The customer will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule delivery. All freight carrier deliveries will be drop off, curb side services.
Small product such as, but not limited to, accessories, electronics, and small appliances will be sent via UPS or FedEx.
Once an order is set to ship via applicable method, a tracking number will be provided.
In Store Customer Pick Up
In store pick up is available at any Murray, Beal, or Goff location. Once an order is placed, an associate can arrange to have the product available for customer pick up. Select locations have warehouse and loading assistance available for oversized and heavy product. See below for location details
